Come and join us in the 365 Challenge!
What is the 365 Challenge you ask?
The 365 Challenge is a challenge for all of our supporters to help us by making a personal commitment to raise $365 for our cause during the year so that we can make a difference in the lives of horses and people who desperately need it.
How can you do this?
You can do this three different ways:
1. You can donate $365 without having to ask others for funds.
2. You can donate $365 upfront and ask others to give funds which will reimburse you back.
3. You can collect funds from others, and when you reach the $365 goal you can give a lump sum donation.
If you choose to collect funds from others, you can reach the $365 goal by simply getting one person a day to donate just $1 to our cause. You can do this while at the grocery store, mall, work, school, doctors office, pet store, vet, barn, park, and anywhere else you go. All you have to do is ask and 99% of the time someone will give because "it's only $1" to help make a difference in others lives.
Where can you give donations?
You can mail in donations by check or money order to Desire Ministries, 12416 Seabury Lane, Bowie, MD 20715 or you can donate through PayPal or Network for Good by credit or debit card at the bottom of this page or http://www.causes.com/causes/316574-d.... Please note that when paying by credit or debit card that a small portion of your donation will be used to pay for the fees associated with using those services.
When can you do this?
You can do this anytime this year (Jan. 1, 2012 - Dec. 31, 2012).
Why should you join us?
You should join us because we can not fulfill our mission with out you and because you too can make a difference in this world by joining us in the 365 Challenge. Help us make a difference in the lives of rescued and unwanted horses and the people who participate in our programs by shouldering with us to raise the funds necessary to run our programs this year.
Each person to complete this challege will be given a certificate of completion, and the first ten people to meet this challenge will also be given a small gift as well.
