Horse Sanctuary/Rescue

We look for horses that would be suitable for any aspect of our organization and adopt them from various rescue facilities in our area. At times we will save horses from unfortunate circumstances, or give assistence to individuals that no longer want their horse.

We give the horses we adopt a forever loving home and vocation. They are a tremendous asset to everything that we do. They are a part of our team, and we could not do all that we do without them.

We like to integrate Parelli Natural Horsemanship principles and techniques when working with our horses to help rehabilitate them and assess them for their suitability in our various programs. We believe that this is the best way to build a relationship with the horses, communicate with them and better understand them. 

Helping Rescued/Unwanted Horses

We also partner with various organizations that help horses in need, and we help find horses forever loving homes when we can not take them in ourselves. We like to work with the rescue facilities in our area as much as possible, and we like to help them in any way that we can. We assist in finding horses forever loving homes or foster situations to help free up spaces in the rescues so that they can rescue more horses. When you adopt or foster a horse from a rescue, you are really helping 2 horses: the horse you adopt or foster and the horse that is able to come into the rescue because of the newly open space.

When people donate items to us for the horses, we also help other organizations by providing them with anything they may need to care for the horses that we are not able to use for our own programs.
